Lily Glen Equestrian Facility

GROUP CAMPS A & B: FEES: Area “A” (by tower) $125/night (Fri., Sat., Holidays)
$100/night (Sun - Thurs.)
Area “B” (North) $75/night (Fri., Sat., Holidays) $50/night (Sun - Thurs.)
Both Areas:$200/night (Fri., Sat., Holidays) $150 (Sun - Thurs.)
EVENT FEE: $500.00 Per day or 10% of gross revenue, whichever is greater
CLEANING DEPOSIT: $100- Refundable if area and stalls are cleaned and manure
placed in designated area. Payable 30 days prior to reservation date. If
both areas are reserved a cleaning deposit of $100 is necessary for
each one.
DEPOSIT: Amount of the first night of camping (due within seven days of making reservation)
Balance payable 30 days prior to reservation date.
REFUNDS: We can issue a refund if cancellation notice is 30 days or more.
If
less than 30 days, a refund can be issued only if area is re-rented.
All refunds will be less a $25 administrative fee.
DAY USE: All visitors must pay appropriate day use entry fee of $3.00 per
vehicle.
CAPACITY: 75 People at each area
HOURS: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m.; Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
FACILITIES: Area A - 16 corrals, 9 sites, tables and fire pits
Area B - 16 corrals, 5 sites, tables and fire pits
Vault toilets, (2) grey water dumps,
and (1) fresh water hand pump.
NON-RESERVABLE CAMPSITES
FEES: $16.00 each site (with up to 2 horses);
$1.00 for each additional horse.
FACILITIES: 12 Campsites, (1) grey water dump, (1) fresh water hand
pump, (1) vault toilet
FACILITIES FOR DISABLED: (1) level, paved campsite available. Must be occupied by 7:00
p.m.; after that time, 1st come, 1st served. PARK
INFO LOCATION: On the south side of Dead Indian Memorial Road, approximately ½
mile East of Howard Prairie/Hyatt Lake Road junction.
RECREATION: Horseback riding, hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, water skiing on Howard Prairie
Lake
(a short drive, or a long, long walk), and bird watching.
COMMENT: Area used mostly by groups with horses using trails and
equestrian facilities.
